I reached out to them online about hermit crabs and they were very responsive. They answered all of my questions and concerns. We made the trip to Staunton from Gordonsville and when we arrived we were greeted by extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They had the additional hermit crabs we were looking for, for our grandson but they also had the most precious puppies ever. So we went to Pets N Pals and found out sweet Layla even though Sydney can never be replaced we now have a puppy to fill that emptiness in our lives. The people there are so wonderful to work with I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a little love ball of hair. Sydney is on the right and Layla on the left.Owner's replyThank you for taking the time to write this. We can never replace our fur babies but we can find love in our heart for a new friend and will continue to make new memories with them. Thank you for being an awesome puppy parent. I brought my puppy home from here in March, and as a first-time puppy owner, I was both excited and nervous. What stood out to me was that the staff didn't just hand me a puppy and send me on my way, they checked in within the first few days to see how we were adjusting and followed up to make sure I had scheduled her vet appointment. Those small gestures showed me that they genuinely care about the puppies and their well-being even after they go home.ā€™Pixieā€™ has brought so much joy into my life, and I'm grateful for the support I received during those first few weeks.Owner's replyThank you for much for sharing your experience. Love the photos of her! We enjoy keeping in touch with puppy parents on their journey. We will be here if you need us!
