We got our little poochon, Jamesie, during the holidays, and she is absolutely wonderful–smart, cuddly and mischievous. The staff at the store was so helpful and fun. We purchased the recommended “starter kit” with a crate, food, toys, treats and grooming supplies, and that was tremendously helpful. The staff also told us that Jamesie’s breeder played lullabies for the pups, and we’ve continued that at home. When she hears the Mozart begin, she heads right into her crate, and sleeps all night. Good girl!
The staff keeps in touch via text and checks in to see how we are all adjusting to pup life. They were very great about answering or questions during our first month.
