📄 Self-Serve Dog Wash — Liability Notice
At Pets-N-Pals, we’re committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and their beloved pets. While we take every reasonable measure to maintain our facility, the nature of a self-serve dog wash—and the presence of other pets—means that certain risks are inherent to the use of a public pet-washing area.
By choosing to use our self-serve dog wash, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
🦴 You are voluntarily choosing to bring your dog into a public space where other dogs have been present.
🐛 Pets-N-Pals is not responsible for any fleas, ticks, parasites or other illnesses your dog may arrive with or acquire. You agree not to hold Pets-N-Pals liable for any pest-related or other health issues and acknowledge that any such occurrence is coincidental and not caused by our facility.
💧 Wet Floor Awareness- The floor in and around the dog wash station may be wet and slippery. Please use caution at all times to avoid injury to yourself or your dog.
If it is lightening outside, it is dog owner’s responsibility to wait to wash dog until lightening has stopped.
🐕 You, as the pet owner or handler, are solely responsible for the actions, behavior, and safety of your dog while on the premises. This includes any injury to your dog or others, as well as any damage caused by your dog to equipment or the facility.
⚠️ You Break It, You Buy It
Our tubs, dryers, Bather Box systems, and accessories are professional-grade and expensive to replace. Use all equipment responsibly and as instructed.
If any equipment is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow guidelines, you may be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.
✅ By using the self-serve dog wash, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept the posted rules and guidelines. Your participation serves as agreement to these terms in lieu of a signed waiver.
