I reached out to them online about hermit crabs and they were very responsive. They answered all of my questions and concerns.  We made the trip to Staunton from Gordonsville and when we arrived we were greeted by extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had recently lost our sweet Sydney from lime disease and kidney failure. So we went to Pets N Pals and found out sweet Layla even though Sydney can never be replaced we now have a puppy to fill that emptiness in our lives. The people there are so wonderful to work with I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a little love ball of hair. Sydney is on the right and Layla on the left.

I brought my puppy home from here in March, and as a first-time puppy owner, I was both excited and nervous. What stood out to me was that the staff didn't just hand me a puppy and send me on my way, they checked in within the first few days to see how we were adjusting and followed up to make sure I had scheduled her vet appointment. Those small gestures showed me that they genuinely care about the puppies and their well-being even after they go home.’Pixie’ has brought so much joy into my life, and I'm grateful for the support I received during those first few weeks.

We had a great experience finding our new puppy PetsnPals. They answered our questions honestly and were helpful throughout the process with transparency about our pup. The store was a clean and friendly environment. Now we are enjoying our new healthy and happy little Mocha!
