We got our new family member there, the staff is great to deal with, they follow up with you to ensure the pet is cared for. That means a lot to us

I’m so impressed. The staff was amazing, so kind, friendly, patient and professional. I love those women! We walked out with the coolest puppy ever ( I’m partial.) He learned to use the crate literally instantly, sits and fetches the ball and brings to me.

Don’t hesitate to stop by. These ladies deserve a raise, no exaggeration.

We took home our darling westipoo Abigail two weeks ago. She is so sweet, funny and very smart. The store associates we call “Abigail’s Gals” did a great job talking to us and getting us ready for Abigail. We are so thankful for our sweet little girl.

Where do I begin with his wonderful company. I’ve been coming here for a little over two years for all of my pet needs. I recently bought a boa and needed several items to get everything set up the way I wanted. Tianna is always helping me and providing me with the best customer service.

Overall, all of the girls are amazing. It’s sad that I don’t know all of their names but I know the owner and she is phenomenal. She is constantly going out of her way to make sure she meets all your needs before you leave the store. You would think all the workers were related somehow with how well they get along and how well they work with each other and with customers.

This is a one stop shop for any of your pets. They have all kinds of animals here, including birds, reptiles, fish, DOGS (really cool dogs).

I recommend him I would give them more than five stars if I could they are phenomenal.

My wife and I had recently sent our beloved Abby our 17 yr old Bichon Frise. We experienced the emptiness of our loss. We were browsing just to see beautiful puppies, happens the most beautiful little girl captured our hearts. We did not mind the 200 mile tract to meet Hadleigh, we hoped and prayed she would like us. Pets n Pals flexability and professionalism was a welcome and refreshing end to a journey to our little girl Hadleigh. Had our financial abilities been more robust no doubt her brother Easton and sister Eloise would have come home with us. 5 stars. for match made in heaven. Thanks Pets n Pals you efforts will never be forgotten and we encourage any heavy hearts with a Rainbow Bridge moment, let Pets n Pals help you start your new journey of happiness. Praying Easton and Eloise soon find their forever home like Hadleigh did!

Beautiful animals and workers full of knowledge.

When I purchased a puppy from here Google was still a new thing, so just now getting around to a review. The year was 2003. My wife at the time wanted a dog so we went here. I wanted a big man type dog, Doberman or German shepherd. She wanted something small. After some deliberation.. uhm, we purchased a small black and white girl Pomeranian. She was the runt of the litter and weighed a little less than a pound. She got real sick a couple of days following the purchase. Took her to the vet whom diagnosed her with parvo. Long story short it was not Pets-n-pals fault my pup got sick, but they still refunded part of the purchase so I could afford the vet bill. The vet was able to save that little pup. That pup grew up and was like the family. She liked me best for some reason so much in fact that when my wife and I divorced a few years later we both agreed she should stay with me. She and I were almost always together. She went with me on back country deep wood hikes. Explored many natural parks and wildlife areas. Fun fact Pomeranians are extremely talkative. My little girl was always talking to me and would even argue with me if she disagreed with me so I thought I would never see any wildlife in the woods. I was so wrong yapping furballs are extremely interesting to everything in the woods saw many more curious animals with her then when I was alone.
She was my co- pilot for countless road trips. She and I had adventures for almost 17 years until she crossed over the rainbow bridge. Anyways point of this review is I would get another dog from them if I was still in that area of the world.

I meant to write this review months ago! We purchased Sawyer back in October. He is the most lovable puppy EVER!! Thank you to everyone (Tiana, Jess and Annie) at Pets-N-Pals you all are AWESOME!!! The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Sawyer is growing, spoiled and has brought extra love to our family. We cannot bring him anywhere without people stopping us to talk to him.

Here are photos of him one when he was still at Pets-N-Pals before we brought him home and just over the weekend after his grooming.
