🐾 Welcome to the Pets-N-Pals Self-Serve Dog Wash 🛁
A clean dog is a happy dog! We are proud to provide our community with a professional-grade, easy-to-use dog wash station where you can get your dog squeaky clean without the mess at home.
🛁Everything your dog needs for a great bath, all for one price with no additional fees!
✔ Elevated tubs with ramps to fit up to 200 lbs – no bending or lifting into a bathtub!
✔ High-quality water pressure to help you rinse out even the thickest coats quickly and easily – no more struggling with a garden hose or slow stream!
✔ Preset water temperature – no adjusting needed. Just turn on and wash!
✔ Bather Box system – Blends shampoo and water for easy washing and applies shampoo evenly throughout coat.
✔ A variety of professional shampoos (some may include: deep clean shampoo, tearless shampoo, oatmeal shampoo, hypoallergenic conditioner) – You are also welcome to bring your own to apply by hand.
✔ Use of professional grooming dryer for quick drying, even for the thickest coats….and yes this dryer actually works!
✔ One towel to soak up excess water before blow drying. (please return after use)
✔ Brushes and combs available, but you may also bring your own. (please return after use)
✔ Two waterproof aprons provided at each wash station (return after use)
✔ No time limit – Take the time you need, but please be courteous if others are waiting.
✔ No cleanup at home- Just a fresh, clean dog and a happy you.
✔ Our wash area is very spacious, to ensure you and your dog have plenty of room to move around without being too close to your neighbor in the other wash area!
✔ No appointments- Walk-ins only. First come, first serve.
✔ $20.00 per dog

NO SET TIME LIMIT – Take the time you need, but please be courteous if others are waiting.
LAST PAW! Cut-off time for getting dog in tub (not just in line) is one hour before closing. All bathing/drying must be complete by closing time.

DOG WASH RULES
🐕 Dogs only – No cats or other species permitted in the wash area.
👥18 years or older to use the dog wash station. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
🦴 Self-Serve Only – The staff is happy to answer any questions you may have, however, Pets-N-Pals staff cannot physically assist in any way, including but not limited to: lifting, holding, bathing, drying, restraining or dog-sitting.
🦮 Leashes Required – Dogs must be carried or walked by leash to wash station. Dog must be on leash while in tub. Leash will be provided in tub area.
🚿 One Dog at a Time – Only one dog may be in the tub at a time. If you bring more than one dog, please have another adult to supervise the other dog(s) as your dog(s) may not be left unattended.
🚫 No scissors, clippers, or nail trimmers allowed in the wash area. Only bathing/washing, drying, and brushing permitted. No shaving, hair or nail trimming, or ear cleaning, etc. allowed in wash area.
🚫 Skunk Odor-Free Zone – No dogs with skunk odor are permitted in the store or wash area. Please contact a grooming professional for assistance.
🐛 Pest-Free Zone – No dogs with fleas, ticks, lice, or other parasites. Dogs must be fully treated and pest-free BEFORE entering the wash area. Do not treat dogs for pests inside the wash area.
🩺 Healthy Dogs Only – Do not bring dogs with contagious illnesses including but not limited to kennel cough.
💉 Vaccinations Required – For everyone’s safety, we require dogs to be current on vaccinations, before using our dog wash. While we do not verify records, we ask that you follow rule responsibly.
🐶 Friendly Dogs Only – Dogs must be well-behaved and non-aggressive toward people and other dogs. An aggressive dog will be asked to leave.
🐕🍼Puppies under 4 months old – While puppies are permitted, we do not recommend using public facilities until your puppy has a more developed immune system. Speak with your veterinarian for guidance.
🌬 Dry Dog in Tub – All drying must be done inside the tub. Dogs may not be dried on the floor.
🐾 No Humans in the Tub – For safety reasons, children and adults may not get into the tubs. Only dogs allowed in tub.
💩 Clean Up Please – Accidents happen! If your dog has a potty accident, please clean it up using the supplies provided in the wash area.
🧰 Be Gentle with Equipment – Our equipment is professional grade. Please use it with care. Damaged equipment may result in replacement charges.
💧 Wet Floor Awareness – The floor in and around the dog wash station may be wet and slippery. Please use caution at all times to avoid injury to yourself or your dog.
No running or roughhousing! Keep water hose stream in tub at all times. Do not hang on water pipes. Etc.
Please help us keep this space safe, clean, and stress-free for everyone. Customers who do not follow the rules may be asked not to return to the dog wash. 📷 For your safety and to ensure a clean, respectful and safe environment, this dog wash area is under video surveillance.
