I had an urgent situation with a cat and needed a soft tip syringe right away as I was having trouble administering the pill pocket containing the medicine. After trying a couple of big box stores and even a local pharmacy it dawned on me to try Pets-N-Pals. Emily (who answered the phone) said they indeed had the type of syringe I needed, but that I’d need to wait until after lunchtime to come by due to their schedule that day. When I explained the situation, she immediately said to come by and she’d bring it out to me. We did the purchase transaction over the phone while I was on the way (hubby was driving so I could access my credit card, etc.) I pulled up, Emily came right out, handed me the syringe package with a smile and the receipt, and off we went to take care of the cat. Emily’s kindness that day made all the difference in the cat’s care (time was of the essence), and although I know she was extremely busy, she made me feel like our need was a top priority with her as well. She is a true gem. Thank you Pets-N-Pals for being apparently the only place in the valley who carries such a simple, but important, item; and thank you big time to Emily for your kindness and efficiency!!!
